This morning Nina showed us away you could clear your mind. She used meditation. A soundtrack that played sounds of nature was in the background while Nina focused on clearing her mind.
Here's 5 ways you could clear your mind.


1. Listen to calm music to reset your mind.

2. You could go lay on your bed and just calm yourself down.

3. You could also go for a walk.

4. The 4th thing you could do is meditate.

5. the last thing you could take a break from your family.

why? Its important to reset our minds regularly. To be able to see and work through things with a good clear mind.
